To assist our clients with navigating through life complexities, we provide a variety of services.

Telehealth

Telehealth is available for clients who would prefer to have therapy from the privacy of their home or remotely. We use a HIPAA compliant platform. All you need is a device such as a phone, tablet or computer. No special software or downloads.

Virtual Walk-in

Virtual Walk-in is a new service for clients who need an immediate appointment. This is ideal for sporadic work schedules, isolated issues, and solution-focused needs. See our team for days and times available. This is a self-pay service only and should not be used for Crisis Counseling.

In office sessions

In office sessions are where you can meet with your therapist in a secure office setting.

Community/Corporate Workshops & Training

We believe in the power of community engagement, education and advocacy. Our community workshops are FREE and designed to provide valuable insights and practical tools for personal, professional, and relational development. Workshop topics range from stress management, parenting strategies, and business development. Workshops are FREE, offered monthly virtually and online. Our team can come to your organization or company to provide training and Psychoeducation to your community.
