Kristen is a student of Touro University Worldwide to obtain a Masters in Licensed Professional Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family. Kristen seeks to help you by creating a safe, non-judgmental space to work collaboratively in reaching your goals to live a more fulfilling life.

Kristen is focused on addressing your unique needs with a combination of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices.  She enjoys working with couples and families.
